Glitter with shiny crushed light-reflecting foil and color pigment. "Lights up" under daylight. Apply to a wet, Stick-Free Top Gel and cure in the lamp. No need to cover with the top gel. The surface remains rough.
Instructions for use:
1. Apply non-stick Top Gel
2. Pour glitter on top of a wet Top Gel
3. Lightly remove excess glitter
4. Cure in the lamp and remove the excess with the brush
