Refund policy

COMPLAINTS / RETURNS OF PRODUCTS:

By law in Norway, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased from online stores. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact Bozbeauty. The return requires that the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We will refund the purchase amount after we have received the returned product. The buyer must pay for the return shipping.

We will refund the purchase amount excluding the original shipping fee after the customer has paid for the return shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to pack the products to be returned securely and properly so that they arrive in good condition. Please note that any seals on the product should not be broken. The product must not have been used/tested. The product should be returned with all accompanying items (packaging, etc.).

For complaints or other reasons, the products must be returned in their original packaging—unopened and unused.

All electrical appliances are tested before being shipped to the customer, are in working order, and in good condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Bozbeauty is a Norwegian online store, and customs fees or import duties may apply to your order when shipping internationally. If applicable, the final fee amount will depend on your country's customs regulations for international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

The right to complain covers goods with defects according to the applicable consumer law.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. If you find a defect or issue with the item(s) you have received, please email bozbeauty.no@gmail.com with a brief description of the problem, preferably with a picture.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If we receive the package back due to an incorrectly provided address, we charge a shipping and administration fee of NOK 149, regardless of the order size.

If the buyer does not pick up the order from the post office or a parcel pickup location within the pickup deadline, Bozbeauty will receive the package back. In such cases, Bozbeauty will charge a shipping and handling fee of NOK 149. This applies regardless of the order size.
