Shipping policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Normally, you will receive your items within 2–5 business days when paying by card.
(Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
The delivery time of 2–5 business days applies from the moment you receive an email confirming that your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

NOTE: After public holidays, processing times may take longer than usual due to reduced capacity or closures during holidays—both at our location and with our shipping partners.

There may be internal delays at the postal service that we are not informed about. If you have not received your package within 12 business days, please contact us. We will investigate the order, but we are not liable for non-delivery.

Bozbeauty reserves the right that items may be out of stock without this being reflected in the online store, and that supplier delays may affect the stated delivery time.

If you order items that are out of stock and we cannot restock them promptly, you will be notified via email.

All orders are shipped with a shipping fee, both within Norway and internationally. (Local pickup is free.)

Fast delivery depends on Posten (Norwegian post office) adhering to their delivery times.

Bozbeauty cannot be held responsible for delays by Posten or failure to deliver.

If the buyer wishes to pick up the order at Bozbeauty by appointment, this is free of charge. Choose local pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Orders that include pre-ordered items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item(s) arrive in stock.
