Glitter CHARISMA - VISION

Thin, very clear, semi-transparent pink-blue glitter. Looks different on each color background.

Application:

Apply and rub with a brush or finger onto the sticky UV gel layer. Or it can also be applied onto a wet top coat.

It is recommended to use Perfect Top Gel to apply the glitter.
